Lynne Cooke, renowned curator and art scholar, is senior curator in the department of modern and contemporary art at the National Gallery of Art, after being appointed senior curator for special projects in modern art in 2014. Cooke is the curator of Woven Histories: Textiles and Modern Abstraction, which opened at the National Gallery of Art in March 2024.

Collins is a New York-based artist celebrated for her dynamic textile installations, which often blur the boundaries between art, craft and design. She is the first artist-in-residence at LongHouse, working on site, engaging with visitors and consulting on programming.
