Reservations are strongly encouraged, although walk-in visitors are always welcome. You may visit at any time between 12:30 and 5:00 PM. We recommend that you allow at least an hour for your visit. Tickets are non-refundable, rain or shine.
Members are entitled to free admission according to their membership level. Become a Member for various benefits including early access on Saturday and Sunday with Members Mornings. Friend Members are entitled to free admission for one person. Members at all other levels are entitled to free admission for two. All other visitors in your party must use guest passes or pay admission.
High school and college students must present valid student ID.
LongHouse is open Wednesday-Sunday, 12:30-5:00 PM.
